Job Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at BM2 Freight Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment efforts across the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky and Des Plaines, IL markets. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to fully understand the business needs and leverage creative, strategic sourcing methods to attract top-tier talent for both sales and non-sales roles.

Beyond traditional recruiting, you’ll be responsible for managing and enhancing BM2’s social media presence across platforms like Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and more. Your goal will be to engage followers, promote the BM2 Freight brand, and share our story through strategic, and engaging posts to attract top talent. You will also take the lead in developing and executing campus and community organization recruitment strategies, building strong connections and a diverse talent pipeline for the future.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Recruiting Process:

o Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs.

o Participate in the recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiations and new hire reception. Ideal candidates will have experience recruiting active and passive leads.

o Post job openings across relevant job boards, career websites, and social media platforms.

o Conduct digital marketing and recruitment activities to drive candidate applications.

o Coordinate interviews, and phone interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

· Applicant Tracking System (ATS):

o Maintain detailed records of all recruitment activities in the ATS, including candidate outreach, interview feedback, status changes, assessments, job offers, and internal reporting.

· External Recruitment Activities:

o Attend job fairs, university, and professional recruitment events in key markets, particularly in Des Plaines, IL and Covington, KY.

o Promote the BM2 Freight Services brand during recruitment events and connect with potential candidates.

o Capture leads and prospects, uploading them to the ATS for follow-up and tracking.

· Candidate & Internal Customer Experience:

o Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

o Maintain effective communication with candidates and internal stakeholders, providing updates and feedback in a timely manner.

o Support hiring managers in understanding candidate market trends and recruitment best practices.

· Social Media & Employer Branding:

o Manage and create engaging content across Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to attract and engage potential candidates.

o Analyze engagement metrics and continuously optimize social media strategies to reach a broader, more diverse talent pool.

o Develop and execute a strategic social media plan to promote BM2 Freight Services as an employer of choice.

o Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, fostering an engaged follower base through consistent, strategic posts.

o Promote the company culture and values via social media to help build a strong employer brand.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

· Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.

· 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on B2B or sales-related roles.

· Expertise in managing social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.

· Proven experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for documentation and candidate management.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling job descriptions and engaging social media content.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

· Prior experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or social media management preferred.

· A strong commitment to company policies, federal, and state government regulations.
